CloudExtend Releases Automated Email Syncing Between Popular Email Providers and CRM
Automatically syncing email threads from inboxes saves time and increases CRM adoption.
SAN MATEO, CA – March 6, 2023 – CloudExtend, a Celigo brand dedicated to smart integration productivity tools for NetSuite and Salesforce, today announced the release of its newest feature for syncing email from Microsoft Outlook or Gmail to NetSuite CRM: Autopilot.
Contained within the CloudExtend Email solution, Autopilot allows users to specify an email address or email thread that will automatically be added to a NetSuite record any time a message is sent or received. Neither Outlook nor Gmail has to be open on a computer in order for this function to run: After setup, syncing does not require any human intervention.

Autopilot includes two syncing options, thread-based and email-based. With thread-based Autopilot, users attach a single email to one or more NetSuite records, and all subsequent messages in that thread will automatically attach to the specified record. Using email-based Autopilot, messages to or from a particular email address are automatically attached to the specified NetSuite record(s), regardless of conversation thread. Color-coordinated flags right within the inbox let users know which messages are connected via Autopilot.
