CloudExtend Releases New Updates to CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite
Solution updates include new features, improvements for existing capabilities, and groundwork for future advancements
SAN MATEO, CA – September 14, 2020 – CloudExtend, a Celigo brand dedicated to smart integration productivity tools for NetSuite and Salesforce, today announced the newest release of its CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite solution. The August 2020 release includes faster record attachments, support for up to 20 different record types, UI improvements, and more.
CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite gives organizations visibility into important communications and events with an easy one-click solution to attach emails and files to NetSuite records directly from Outlook. The solution’s latest release now lets users attach information to more records, including customer RMAs, vendor RMAs, customer deposits, and expense reports. File size limits have increased from 4MB to 10MB—the largest allowed by NetSuite. Additionally, UI and shared mailbox improvements further streamline CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite’s speed and capabilities.

The CloudExtend Outlook August 2020 release also includes back end and infrastructure updates for the upcoming Autopilot release. Autopilot, an Enterprise Edition feature, will allow users to attach an email to NetSuite records once, then automatically attach any back and forth messages from the entire conversation thread.
