Creating A NetSuite Opportunity from Your Inbox

 

Step 1: Access ExtendSync in Your Email

  1. In Outlook, open the email that contains the contact information you want to save.
  2. Click on the ExtendSync panel from the Outlook ribbon or Apps icon inside an email.

Step 2: Create the Opportunity Record

  1. Click the + sign at the top right corner of ExtendSync, then select Opportunity.
  2. Select all the mandatory and preferred fields. Then enter values in the appropriate fields. All mandatory fields must be completed in order to move forward.

 

Step 3: Save the Opportunity

  1. Click Save to create the opportunity in NetSuite.
  2. ExtendSync will process the request and confirm when the record is successfully created. You can then click View in NetSuite to open the opportunity.
